It's layered with organic cotton batting, backed with my favourite super-soft organic flannel and, and bound with smooth crimson organic sateen. I hope the new family gets as much enjoyment from using the quilt as I did from finishing it for them.
And just look at what's been happening in my garden while I've been busy sewing.
I can spy these stunning crabapple blossoms from my studio window and they've been making me smile all week.
